1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Bulk or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timeline
  • Delivery timelines vary based on product category, order size, and delivery location.

  • Standard delivery within Goa typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Large, heavy, or bulk materials may require scheduled delivery.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free delivery may apply on selected products or minimum order values (subject to ongoing offers).

Delivery Conditions
  • Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details.

  • Someone authorized must be present to receive and verify the goods at delivery.

  • Any visible damage should be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

2. Return & Replacement Policy
No Return Policy

Due to the nature of building materials, construction chemicals, cleaning solutions, tools, sanitary products, and related goods, all sales are final. Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged product at the time of delivery

  • Broken seal (for sealed products)

  • Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Order details and invoice copy

  • Original packaging intact

After verification, eligible products will be replaced. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper storage or usage

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Minor variation in color, texture, or fragrance

  • Products purchased during clearance or special liquidation sales (unless damaged)

4. Bulk & Commercial Orders

For bulk or project-based orders, terms may vary as per agreed quotation or contract terms. Customers are advised to verify specifications before confirming such orders.

5. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
