Step 1: Ensure the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and contaminants.

Step 2: Stir Part A and Part B separately using clean stirrers until both components are uniform.

Step 3: Mix Part A and Part B in the recommended ratio of 1:0.8 by weight.

Step 4: Thoroughly blend the two components until a uniform colour and consistency are achieved.

Step 5: Apply a thin adhesive layer (0.05–0.10 mm thickness) using a spatula, stiff brush, roller, or suitable coating equipment.

Step 6: Assemble and position the joint components immediately after applying the adhesive.

Step 7: Clamp or apply even pressure across the bonded surfaces to ensure proper curing.

Step 8: Allow the adhesive to cure for approximately 12 hours before putting the bonded assembly into service.
