Step 1: Ensure the substrate is free from grease, oil, dirt, dust, loose particles, paint, and contaminants.

Step 2: For concrete surfaces, remove laitance using high-pressure water cleaning or wet grit blasting. Repair damaged areas if required.

Step 3: Stir Part A and Part B separately to achieve a uniform consistency.

Step 4: Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly in the ratio of 1 : 0.6 by weight until a uniform colour is obtained.

Step 5: Apply the mixed primer strictly using a brush or roller.

Step 6: Apply one uniform coat at the recommended coverage of 0.300–0.400 kg/m².

Step 7: Allow the primer coat to dry for approximately 2 hours before applying the next coating system. Do not exceed 24 hours before overcoating.

Step 8: If filling voids is required, apply a mortar made from 1 part mixed primer and 2 parts sand-cement mix while the primer remains tacky. Allow sufficient curing before applying subsequent coats.
