Step 1: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, mould, laitance, and loose particles.

Step 2: Inspect the surface and repair any damaged, cracked, or flaking areas before application.

Step 3: Confirm that the substrate is completely dry before starting the coating process.

Step 4: Apply the first coat using a sponge or bristle brush in both horizontal and vertical directions.

Step 5: Apply the coating liberally to achieve complete penetration into the porous substrate.

Step 6: Allow the first coat to dry for at least 2 hours.

Step 7: Apply the second coat evenly to achieve the desired protection and finish.

Step 8: Allow the coating to cure completely before exposing the surface to water or service conditions.
