Recommended Consumption

• Primer Coat: 0.15 – 0.20 kg/m² per Coat (with 5% Epoxy Thinner)
• Seal Coat: 0.20 – 0.30 kg/m² per Coat
• Recommended System: Minimum 2 Coats

Step 1: Ensure the concrete or steel substrate is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, loose particles, old coatings, and contaminants.

Step 2: Mechanically prepare the surface using grinding, abrasive blasting, wire brushing, scarifying, or high-pressure water/sand blasting to achieve a clean, open-textured surface.

Step 3: Repair surface defects such as blowholes, cavities, cracks, and voids using suitable repair materials and remove all dust using a vacuum or brush.

Step 4: Stir Part B thoroughly to redistribute any settled materials.

Step 5: Add Part A to Part B and mix using a low-speed electric mixer (300–400 RPM) for approximately 3 minutes until a uniform black mixture is obtained.

Step 6: For primer application, dilute the mixed material with approximately 5% Epoxy Thinner and apply at 0.15–0.20 kg/m².

Step 7: Allow the primer coat to become touch dry, then apply one or two seal coats using a brush, roller, conventional spray, or airless spray at 0.20–0.30 kg/m² per coat.

Step 8: Allow the coating to cure for approximately 24 hours before exposure to service conditions.
