Step 1: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, and contaminants.

Step 2: Stir Part A and Part B separately using clean stirrers until each component achieves a uniform consistency.

Step 3: Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly in the ratio of 1 : 1 by weight until a uniform black colour is obtained.

Step 4: Continue mixing until a homogeneous material is achieved without unmixed portions.

Step 5: Apply the first coat using a stiff brush, roller, or trowel at a consumption rate of approximately 0.4–0.5 kg/m².

Step 6: Allow the first coat to set adequately before applying the next layer.

Step 7: Apply the second coat at a coverage rate of approximately 0.3–0.4 kg/m² to achieve the recommended total thickness of 1.0–1.5 mm.

Step 8: Allow the coating system to cure for approximately 12 hours before exposure to service conditions.
