Step 1: Ensure the surface is clean, sound, and free from dirt, oil, grease, paint, curing compounds, and loose materials.

Step 2: Remove deteriorated concrete and mechanically prepare the surface using suitable methods such as sandblasting or shot blasting for improved performance.

Step 3: Thoroughly mix the Acrylic Bonding Agent before application. Do not dilute when used directly as a bonding agent.

Step 4: Apply the product directly from the container onto a saturated surface dry substrate using a brush, roller, or sprayer to form a thin continuous film.

Step 5: Immediately apply the cementitious material while the bonding agent is still wet and tacky.

Step 6: For concrete toppings, dilute the bonding agent with water in a 1:1 ratio and mix with cement to achieve a brushable consistency.

Step 7: Apply the prepared bond coat to a clean, sound, and pre-dampened substrate.

Step 8: Allow the system to cure as per project requirements before applying additional finishes or loads.
