Step 1: Ensure the surface is clean, sound, dry, and free from grease, dust, loose particles, paint, and laitance.

Step 2: Open the crack into a ‘V’ shaped groove. Hairline cracks should be widened to at least 1 mm for easier application.

Step 3: Clean the prepared groove and sprinkle water to remove loose particles.

Step 4: Add 300–360 grams of clean water for every 1 kg of UPGRADE CRACKFIX powder.

Step 5: Slowly add the powder into the water while stirring continuously. Mix for 2–3 minutes until a smooth paste is obtained.

Step 6: Apply the prepared paste into the crack using a suitable trowel.

Step 7: Press the material firmly into the groove and finish the surface as required.

Step 8: Allow the repaired area to cure naturally. Use the mixed material within 20–30 minutes for best performance.
