Step 1: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, rust, loose particles, and contaminants.

Step 2: Stir Part A thoroughly using a mechanical stirrer to achieve a uniform consistency.

Step 3: Add Part B to Part A in the recommended ratio of 4 : 1 by weight.

Step 4: Mix continuously for approximately 2 minutes until a uniform colour and consistency are obtained.

Step 5: Transfer the mixture into a clean container and remix to ensure complete blending.

Step 6: Avoid excessive mixing to minimize air entrapment within the coating.

Step 7: Apply the first coat using a brush or roller at a coverage rate of 0.30–0.40 kg/m².

Step 8: Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 2 hours, then apply the second coat if required. Allow the coating to cure fully for 24 hours before service.
