Recommended Consumption

• Primer Coat: 0.15 – 0.20 kg/m² per Coat
• Seal Coat: 0.20 – 0.30 kg/m² per Coat
• Primer Dilution: Up to 20% Water by Weight

Step 1: Ensure the surface is clean, sound, and free from grease, oil, dust, loose particles, laitance, and contaminants.

Step 2: Repair damaged concrete surfaces and fill any voids before coating application.

Step 3: Stir Part A and Part B separately until uniform.

Step 4: Mix Part A and Part B in the ratio of 1.5 : 1 by weight until a consistent white paste is obtained.

Step 5: For primer applications, add up to 20% clean water by weight and mix thoroughly.

Step 6: Apply the primer coat using a brush, roller, or conventional spray equipment at a coverage of 0.15–0.20 kg/m².

Step 7: Allow the primer coat to dry for approximately 2 hours, then apply the seal coat at 0.20–0.30 kg/m².

Step 8: Allow the final coating to cure for 24 hours before exposure to service conditions. For exterior decorative applications, overcoat with a suitable conventional paint system after full curing.
