Step 1: Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, loose particles, and contaminants.

Step 2: Stir Part A and Part B separately using clean stirrers until both components achieve a uniform consistency.

Step 3: Mix Part A and Part B in the specified ratio and blend thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained.

Step 4: Gradually add Part C (aggregate) into the mixed resin system while continuously mixing until a homogeneous aggregate slurry is formed.

Step 5: Mix the material thoroughly to ensure even distribution of all three components.

Step 6: Pour the mixed screed onto the prepared substrate and spread evenly using a trowel.

Step 7: Use a spiked roller immediately after application to remove trapped air and achieve a uniform finish.

Step 8: Allow the screed to cure for approximately 24 hours before light service and follow project requirements before subjecting the floor to heavy loads.
