Step 1: Ensure the concrete substrate has a minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm² and pull-off strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². The surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants.

Step 2: Mechanically prepare the substrate using grinding, scarifying, or abrasive blasting to remove laitance and create an open textured surface.

Step 3: Remove all dust and loose particles using brushing and industrial vacuum cleaning.

Step 4: Prime the substrate using UPGRADE 360° PRIMER and allow it to cure according to specifications.

Step 5: Stir Part A and Part B separately until uniform. Mix Part A, Part B, Part A1, and Part C in the recommended ratio of 3.2 : 1.92 : 0.48 : 4.4 by weight until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 6: Confirm that substrate moisture content is below 4% before application.

Step 7: Pour the mixed material onto the prepared floor and spread evenly using a serrated trowel to achieve the required thickness.

Step 8: Immediately roll the applied coating in two directions using a spiked roller to remove trapped air and ensure a smooth, uniform finish. Allow the floor to cure for approximately 24 hours.
