Step 1: Ensure all concrete, stone, or grout surfaces are sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, standing water, and contaminants.

Step 2: For steel or iron surfaces, remove rust, scale, oil, grease, and other contaminants before grouting.

Step 3: Measure the required quantity of clean water according to the recommended water-to-powder ratio of 0.14–0.16.

Step 4: Pour approximately 80–90% of the required water into a clean mixing container.

Step 5: Gradually add UPGRADE GENERAL PURPOSE GROUT powder while mixing mechanically using a low-speed mixer (maximum 500 RPM).

Step 6: Add the remaining water and continue mixing until a smooth, lump-free, flowable consistency is achieved.

Step 7: Pour or pump the grout into the prepared cavity, gap, foundation, or anchor location, ensuring complete filling without air entrapment.

Step 8: Allow the grout to cure properly. Do not add extra water after mixing, and only prepare quantities that can be used within the working time.
