Step 1: Prepare the substrate by removing dust, grease, oil, loose particles, and contaminants. Ensure all contact surfaces are clean and sound.

Step 2: Install permanent or temporary formwork around the grouting area and seal all joints properly to prevent leakage.

Step 3: Apply polyethylene film or wax to the formwork surfaces to prevent the grout from adhering to the forms.

Step 4: Stir Part A and Part B separately. Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly, then gradually add Part C and continue mixing until a uniform, lump-free grout is obtained.

Step 5: Maintain a grout head of at least 100 mm wherever possible to facilitate smooth flow and minimize air entrapment.

Step 6: Pour the mixed grout continuously from one or two sides only to eliminate trapped air and ensure complete filling of the void.

Step 7: Allow the grout level to rise approximately 3 mm above the underside of the base plate. Ensure a minimum grout thickness of 12 mm beneath the base plate.

Step 8: Allow the grout to cure for approximately 24 hours. Once hardened, verify adhesion and bonding by lightly tapping the surface with a hammer.
