Step 1

Ensure the substrate is structurally sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, coatings, and loose particles.

Step 2

Repair surface defects such as blowholes, cavities, cracks, and voids using suitable repair materials.

Step 3

Mechanically prepare the surface using grinding, scarifying, abrading, or blasting methods to achieve an open-textured surface.

Step 4

Stir Part B thoroughly, then add Part A and mix using a low-speed electric stirrer for approximately 3 minutes until a uniform colour is achieved.

Step 5

Apply the mixed coating using a brush or short-pile roller at the recommended coverage rate.

Step 6

For lamination systems, apply the first coat with glass fibre fabric embedded into the wet coating.

Step 7

Apply the seal coat after the first layer has cured sufficiently.

Step 8

Allow the coating to cure for 24 hours before placing the surface into service.
