Step 1: Clean the surface thoroughly and remove dirt, dust, grease, oil, paint, curing compounds, and loose materials.

Step 2: Prepare the concrete surface by mechanical abrasion if higher performance is required.

Step 3: Stir UPGRADE PU 350 thoroughly before application. Do not dilute except for the primer coat.

Step 4: Apply the primer coat by diluting UPGRADE PU 350 with 10% clean water. Apply at approximately 0.30–0.35 kg/m² and allow it to cure for 1–2 hours.

Step 5: Apply the first coat of UPGRADE PU 350 at approximately 0.70–0.75 kg/m² to achieve about 1 mm thickness.

Step 6: Apply the second coat at approximately 0.60–0.70 kg/m² over the prepared surface.

Step 7: Allow the coating to dry for 2–6 hours before applying the final coat.

Step 8: Apply the third coat at approximately 0.50–0.70 kg/m² to achieve the required waterproofing thickness.

Step 9: Allow the system to cure completely before exposing it to service conditions.
