Step 1: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, and contaminants.

Step 2: Stir Part A and Part B separately to achieve a consistent material before mixing.

Step 3: Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly in the ratio of 4 : 1 by weight until a uniform light brown mortar is obtained.

Step 4: Allow sufficient mixing to ensure complete blending of both components.

Step 5: Apply the mixed SMART COVE mortar onto the prepared vertical surface using a steel trowel.

Step 6: Spread and compact the mortar evenly to achieve the required cove profile.

Step 7: Form bottle coves, fillets, or other desired shapes using suitable coving tools while the material remains workable.

Step 8: Lightly brush the surface before initial set to close any surface voids and achieve a smooth finish. Allow approximately 12 hours for curing.
