Step 1: Ensure the formwork surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, old concrete residues, dust, and contaminants.

Step 2: Mix the product thoroughly before use to achieve a uniform consistency.

Step 3: Apply a thin, uniform, and continuous coat of UPGRADE SMART DSO WB using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.

Step 4: Ensure complete coverage of the formwork surface. For highly absorbent formwork, apply a second coat if required.

Step 5: Allow the release agent to spread evenly and form a stable film.

Step 6: Place and cast the concrete as per standard construction procedures.

Step 7: After concrete curing, strip the formwork to achieve a clean and smooth concrete finish.

Step 8: Conduct a trial application before large-scale use, especially for architectural or decorative concrete finishes.
