Step 1: Ensure the tile adhesive bed is fully cured and set before commencing grouting.

Step 2: Clean all joints thoroughly and remove adhesive residues, dust, dirt, and debris.

Step 3: Lightly sponge the tile surface to remove remaining dust and contaminants.

Step 4: Stir Part A thoroughly and shake Part B before mixing.

Step 5: Pour Part A into a clean mixing container and add Part B. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, slump-free paste is obtained.

Step 6: Slowly add Part C while continuously mixing until a uniform colour and consistency are achieved. Use a slow-speed mixer (below 300 RPM) if mechanical mixing is required.

Step 7: Immediately pour the mixed grout onto the working area and apply into tile joints using a trowel, grout float, or spatula.

Step 8: Compact the grout firmly into the joints, remove excess material from the tile surface, and allow the grout to cure. Light foot traffic is permitted after approximately 24 hours, while full cure is achieved after 7 days.
