Step 1: Clean the concrete surface thoroughly and remove dust, grease, laitance, loose particles, and contaminants.

Step 2: Repair honeycombs, cracks, and surface imperfections using suitable cement-sand mortar.

Step 3: Saturate the substrate with water until it reaches a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.

Step 4: Mix SMART KRYSTALINE WP powder with water in the recommended ratio and stir for approximately 5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free slurry is obtained.

Step 5: Apply the first coat evenly using a brush or roller.

Step 6: While the first coat remains tacky, prepare a fresh slurry and apply the second coat.

Step 7: Allow the coating to cure properly for maximum waterproofing performance.

Step 8: For specialized applications, the product may also be used as a dry shake over freshly laid PCC or as a waterproofing additive in concrete.
