Step 1: Clean the crack and surrounding surface thoroughly. Remove dust, grease, oil, contaminants, loose particles, and standing water.

Step 2: For cracks extending through slabs, seal the underside using epoxy mortar or a suitable cementitious mortar before injection.

Step 3: Fix injection ports (nipples/flanges) along the crack line at approximately 25 cm centre-to-centre spacing using epoxy mortar.

Step 4: Open and seal the crack mouth using epoxy mortar, leaving only the injection ports accessible.

Step 5: Stir Part A and Part B separately and then mix thoroughly in the ratio of 2 : 1 by weight until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Step 6: Load the mixed grout into a suitable injection pump and inject under pressure through the installed injection ports.

Step 7: Continue injection until grout appears from the adjacent port. Seal the completed port and proceed to the next one. For vertical cracks, start from the lowest port and work upwards. For horizontal cracks, start from one end and continue to the last port.

Step 8: After completion and curing, remove all injection ports and sealing materials, leaving a fully sealed and repaired crack.
