Step 1: Ensure the surface is clean and free from oil, grease, paint, dust, loose plaster, and other contaminants.

Step 2: Dampen the wall surface thoroughly before plaster application.

Step 3: Add one 20 kg bag of UPGRADE SMART READY-MIX PLASTER into 4–5 litres of clean potable water.

Step 4: Mix thoroughly and allow the material to stand for 5–10 minutes.

Step 5: Re-mix the material for another 5–10 minutes before use.

Step 6: Apply a cement slurry coat on the prepared surface. If the substrate is smooth and dense, roughen the surface before application.

Step 7: Apply the plaster while the cement slurry is still wet and level the surface using appropriate tools.

Step 8: If a second coat is required, provide grooves on the first coat to ensure proper bonding.

Step 9: Complete the final levelling and finishing using suitable plastering tools.

Step 10: After the plaster has dried, cure the surface 2–3 times daily for a minimum of 2 days.
