Step 1: Ensure the substrate is structurally sound, clean, and free from dust, grease, oil, laitance, loose particles, and contaminants.

Step 2: Prepare the surface using suitable mechanical methods such as water jetting, blast cleaning, or grinding. Pre-wet the surface to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.

Step 3: Mix Component A and Component B in a ratio of 1:1.5 by weight. Slowly add the powder to the liquid while mixing with a slow-speed mixer (500–600 rpm).

Step 4: Continue mixing for approximately 3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free slurry is obtained.

Step 5: Dampen the surface immediately before application.

Step 6: Apply the first coat using a stiff brush, broom, spray equipment, or notched trowel depending on the required consistency.

Step 7: While the first coat is still wet, place and embed the glass fibre mesh firmly into the coating.

Step 8: Allow the first coat to harden for 2–6 hours.

Step 9: Apply the second coat in a crosswise direction to the first coat to ensure complete coverage.

Step 10: While the top coat is still wet, sprinkle clean quartz sand if a protection plaster, screed, mortar, or adhesive layer will be applied later.

Step 11: Allow the system to cure for at least 24 hours before exposure to service conditions.
