Step 1: Clean and prepare the damaged concrete surface by removing loose particles, dust, and contaminants.

Step 2: Mix UPGRADE UPX 11 with clean water according to the recommended water-to-powder ratio until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Step 3: If using a bonding primer, apply it and ensure it remains tacky before mortar application.

Step 4: Apply the repair mortar manually using a trowel or by machine application.

Step 5: Press the mortar firmly onto the substrate to ensure proper adhesion.

Step 6: Build up the repair area as required, up to 40 mm thickness per vertical layer.

Step 7: Finish the surface once the mortar begins to stiffen.

Step 8: Allow the repaired area to cure properly before exposing it to service conditions.
